    MAGICAL ISLANDS OF ŠIBENIK

    This package will  enable you to dive on locations in Šibenik archipelago including the shipwreck near island of Žirje  and “Francesca da Rimini” shipwreck near island of Kaprije.  You will be accommodate at Hotel Maestral on the island of Prvić from where diving boat will pick you up in the morning and drop you off after your dive .  You will also visit an unique exhibition at Biograd Museum where results of many years of archeological research of 16th century shipwreck near the islet of Gnalić are on display.

    Hotel Maestral: Small family owned hotel on the seafront of Prvić Luka , one of two villages of car free island Prvić. Located in the former old school house building Hotel provides full comfort  in 16 modern rooms, air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. Hotel’s restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at the terrace by the sea prepared , with fresh ingredients from local suppliers, by our award winning chef.

    Biograd Museum : A sunken ship with mercantile cargo was discovered at the islet of Gnalić, south of Biograd, in the 1960s. The shipwreck occurred in 1583. On display at Biograd museum you can see objects found in the wreckage belonging to the ship’s equipment and inventory (cannons, anchors, cordage, maritime compass, etc.) and cargo, which consisted of finished products (candelabras, textiles, glass containers, window panes and mirrors, thimbles, pins, razors, eyeglasses, etc.), semi-products and raw materials (brass sheets and wires, galvanized sheeting, tin, white lead, cinnabar, etc.).
